To assemble the Franklin Iron Works 9X001 Farmhouse Table Lamp, please follow these steps:
1. Start by unpacking all the components included in the box: the lamp base, lamp shade, light bulb, power cord and plug, and user guide.
2. Place the lamp base on a stable surface.
3. Carefully attach the lamp shade to the lamp base, ensuring it is securely in place.
4. Insert the provided light bulb into the socket, making sure to avoid direct contact with halogen bulbs to extend their lifespan.
5. Choose a suitable location for your lamp, considering stability and proximity to an electrical outlet. Take the cord length into account.
6. Plug the power cord into a standard 120-volt outlet, ensuring that the outlet is functional.
7. If you wish to utilize the USB charging feature, make sure the lamp is turned on for this function to work properly.
8. To turn the lamp on or off, use the rotary switch located on the lamp base.
