The Callez C500U2 USB Headset features convenient in-line controls for adjusting the volume and muting/unmuting the microphone. Here's how you can do it:
1. Locate the in-line controls on the headset cable. These controls are usually positioned close to the headset connector.
2. To adjust the volume, use the VOL+ (Volume Up) and VOL- (Volume Down) buttons. Press the VOL+ button to increase the volume and the VOL- button to decrease the volume. You can adjust the volume level according to your preference.
3. To mute or unmute the microphone, locate the Mic ON/OFF button on the in-line controls. Press this button to toggle between muting and unmuting the microphone. When the microphone is muted, the Mic Mute Indicator will indicate that the microphone is inactive. When the microphone is active, the Mic Mute Indicator will show that the microphone is ready for use.
By using these in-line controls, you can easily adjust the volume and mute/unmute the microphone during your conference calls or any other communication activities.
