To adjust the height of the NXONE UPF Led Floor Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Locate the retractable pole on the lamp.
2. Firmly grip the pole and gently pull it upward to extend the height of the lamp.
3. Release the pole at the desired height to lock it in place.
4. To lower the height, hold the pole and push it downward until it reaches the desired position.
5. Ensure that the pole is securely locked in place before using the lamp.
