To install the JERDON HL65BZ Lighted Wall Mount Makeup Mirror, follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Determine the appropriate location and height for the mirror. We recommend approximately 58" from the floor if the mirror is to be used while standing, and 42" from the floor for use while seated.
2. Remove the decorative nuts A and B from screws C and D. Separate the mounting plate E and decorative cover F.
3. Check the wall for structural strength before mounting the mirror to avoid injury or damage. Make sure the wall can support the weight of the mirror.
4. Position the mirror near an electrical outlet.
5. Using mounting plate E as a template, locate the appropriate position for holes on the wall and mark them.
6. Drill two holes to accommodate the enclosed wall anchors I and J (Molly Bolts).
7. Insert the wall anchors into the holes.
8. Remove mounting screws G and H from wall anchors I and J.
9. Hold the mounting plate into position and thread screws G and H through the mounting plate into the wall anchors. Tighten the screws securely.
10. Place decorative cover F over the mounting bracket by aligning the holes with screws C and D. Secure the cover until snug with decorative nuts A and B.
11. Plug the mirror into a 110/120-volt AC outlet.
