1. Power on the mirror by connecting it to a power source via the USB cable or inserting batteries.
2. Locate the switch or button for controlling the LED lights. It is usually located on the frame or base of the mirror.
3. Press the switch or button to turn on the LED lights.
4. Once the lights are turned on, press and hold the switch or button to activate the brightness adjustment mode.
