To clean the bread maker, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power and allow the bread maker to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the kneading paddle from the bread pan.
3. Carefully lift up the bread pan handle and turn the bread pan counterclockwise to remove it from the base.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the bread pan with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive agents to protect the nonstick coating.
5. Clean the kneading paddle separately with a damp cloth or place it in the dishwasher.
6. Use a damp cloth to wipe the lid, base, baking chamber, and interior of the viewing window. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
7. Let all the parts dry completely before reassembling the bread maker.
8. Before storing the bread maker, ensure that it has completely cooled down, is clean and dry, and the lid is closed.
Note: The bread pan, kneading paddle, measuring cup, measuring spoon, and paddle hook are dishwasher-safe. The outside of the bread pan and base may discolor, which is normal.
