To replace the bulb in the Signature Design by Ashley L316984 Derek Antler Lamp, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the lamp is unplugged from the power source for safety.
2. Carefully remove the lampshade by gently lifting it off the lamp.
3. Locate the bulb socket inside the lamp body.
4. Unscrew the old bulb from the socket by twisting it counterclockwise until it loosens.
5. Insert a new bulb of the same wattage and type into the socket. Make sure it is securely tightened by twisting it clockwise.
6. Reattach the lampshade by placing it back onto the lamp body and aligning it properly.
7. Plug the lamp back into the power source.
8. Turn on the lamp using the pull chain switch or touch control mechanism, depending on the lamp model.
9. Verify that the new bulb is working properly by checking if it illuminates.
