To pair the TOZO NC2 earbuds with your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the charging box and keep the earbuds inside.
2. Hold the button on the charging box for 3 seconds to force the earbuds into pairing mode. Please note that this operation will not clear the previous Bluetooth pairing record.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone and search for devices.
4. Connect to the device named "TOZO-NC2" to complete the pairing process.
5. When using the earbuds again, they will automatically pair with each other and reconnect to the last paired device.
If you want to use a single earbud, pick up one side and keep the other side closed in the charging box. After the earbud that is taken out fails to reconnect, it will enter the reconnecting mode after 2 seconds and pair with another device. After connecting to the phone, take out the other earbud, and it will enter binaural mode automatically.
If the left and right earbuds are disconnected, put the earbuds in the charging box (open the charging box), and hold the charging box buttons for 15 seconds to pair the left and right earbuds.
