If your Panoramic Wifi Gateway is not working, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. First, try rebooting the Gateway by unplugging the power cord from the wall, waiting for 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in. This will reset the Gateway and may resolve any connectivity issues. Make sure all of the connections are tight and completely plugged in, including the coax cable and power cord.
If the issue persists, check that you are using an active coax outlet. The outlet should be centrally located and not surrounded by metal objects. If you are using an inactive outlet, try connecting to a different one.
