To reset the Motorola B12 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem to factory defaults, follow these steps:
1. Locate the reset button on the bottom of the modem.
2. Using a paper clip or a similar object, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
3. Release the reset button after 10 seconds.
4. The modem will reset to factory defaults, and all settings will be erased.
Please note that resetting the modem will remove any customized settings and configurations you have made. After the reset, you will need to set up the modem again according to your service provider's instructions.
