1. Start by placing the mixer head on a flat and stable surface.
2. Attach the desired attachment to the mixer head. The mixer comes with a hook, beater, and whisk, each designed for different mixing tasks. The hook is for dough, the beater for batters and mixtures, and the whisk for whipping and aerating.
3. Align the attachment with the attachment hub on the mixer head and insert it. Rotate the attachment clockwise until it locks into place.
