To adjust the beater height on the Facelle SM-1519U Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the beater adjustment xxxx on the mixer head. It is usually located near the attachment hub.
2. Use a flat-head screwdriver to turn the beater adjustment xxxx clockwise or counterclockwise. Turning it clockwise will lower the beater height, while turning it counterclockwise will raise the beater height.
3. Make small adjustments and test the beater height by placing a dime in the mixing bowl. Turn on the mixer and observe the movement of the beater. The beater should just touch the dime as it rotates. If it is too high or too low, continue adjusting the xxxx until the desired height is achieved.
4. Once the beater height is adjusted, tighten the beater adjustment xxxx to secure the position.
