To adjust the height of the LIGHTACCENTS 16197-98-FBA Multi Head Floor Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Locate the movable gooseneck lamp arms attached to the lamp base.
2. Firmly grasp the gooseneck lamp arms and gently pull them upward or push them downward to adjust the height.
3. Continue adjusting the height until you reach the desired position.
4. Once you have adjusted the height, release the gooseneck lamp arms and ensure they are securely in place.
