To adjust the speed of the Yomelo FD-EP-230201 Digital Hand Mixer, you can use the touch buttons or push buttons located on the mixer. The hand mixer offers nine different speed settings, allowing you to choose the appropriate speed for your mixing needs. Simply press the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease the speed, respectively. The current speed setting is displayed on the digital screen for easy reference. Adjust the speed according to your recipe's requirements, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing as needed.
