To adjust the speed settings on the Vezzio SM-1553N Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the speed xxxx on the mixer. It is labeled with numbers ranging from 1 to 8.
2. Turn the speed xxxx clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to decrease the speed. Each number corresponds to a different speed setting.
3. Start at a lower speed setting (e.g., 1 or 2) for gentle mixing and gradually increase the speed as needed for more intense mixing or kneading.
4. The mixer has a pulse function as well. To activate the pulse function, turn the speed xxxx to the "PULSE" position. Hold the switch in this position for the desired interval length. When released, the switch will return to the "O" position.
5. It is important to note that the mixer should be turned off and unplugged before adjusting the speed settings.
