To adjust the speed settings on the Cooklee SM-1551 Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the speed control xxxx on the mixer. It is usually located on the side or front of the mixer.
2. Turn the speed control xxxx to the desired speed setting. The mixer offers 10 different speed settings, allowing you to choose the appropriate speed for your mixing task.
3. Start at a low speed and gradually increase the speed as needed. This will help prevent splattering and ensure thorough mixing.
4. If you need to change the speed while the mixer is in operation, simply turn the speed control xxxx to the desired speed. The mixer will adjust the speed accordingly.
Note: It is recommended to start at a lower speed when mixing dry ingredients to prevent them from flying out of the bowl. Gradually increase the speed as the ingredients are incorporated.
