To adjust the speed on the KUPPET SM-1521 Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the 8-speed control xxxx on the mixer. It is usually located on the side or front of the mixer.
2. Turn the xxxx clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to decrease the speed. The speeds range from 1 (lowest) to 8 (highest).
3. Adjust the speed according to your mixing task. Lower speeds are suitable for stirring and incorporating ingredients, while higher speeds are ideal for whipping or kneading.
4. Start the mixer at a lower speed and gradually increase it as needed. This will help prevent splattering and ensure even mixing.
