Adjusting the speed settings on the KitchenAid KHM512OB Hand Mixer is simple. Here's how you can do it:
1. Locate the push button controls on the top of the hand mixer.
2. The mixer offers 5 speed settings, which are labeled 1 to 5. The higher the number, the faster the speed.
