To adjust the volume on the Frida Baby Portable Sound Machine, simply press the Volume Up or Volume Down buttons to your liking. To select a different sound option, press the Sound button until you reach your desired setting. The sound options include Pink Noise, Waves, Heartbeat, Nature Sounds, and Shushing, providing a variety of calming sounds to help your baby fall asleep.
