To fold the Phantomgogo R1 Electric Scooter, hold the folding handle tightly and swing the bar upward until the downtube connects with the frame tube. Squeeze the quick release handle towards the tube until it is locked in place. To unfold the scooter, release the quick release handle and swing the bar downward until it is fully extended. Make sure the folding mechanism is locked before riding the scooter. Please refer to the user manual for visual instructions and additional details.
