To change the drill bit on the BLACK+DECKER BDC120VA100 Cordless Drill Kit, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the drill is turned off and the battery is removed for safety.
2. Locate the chuck at the front of the drill, which is the part that holds the drill bit.
3. To loosen the chuck, hold the drill's body firmly and rotate the chuck counterclockwise.
4. Once the chuck is loose, insert the desired drill bit into the chuck, making sure it is aligned properly.
5. Tighten the chuck by rotating it clockwise while holding the drill bit in place.
