Adjusting the height of the is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Locate the adjustable gooseneck on the lamp. This is the flexible portion of the lamp that allows you to position the light exactly where you need it.
2. Hold the base of the gooseneck firmly with one hand.
3. With your other hand, gently pull or push the gooseneck up or down to adjust the height of the lamp. The gooseneck can be adjusted so that the base of the lens is no less than 30.5 inches high and no more than 41 inches high.
4. Once you have adjusted the height to your desired position, release the gooseneck and it will stay in place.
Note: Make sure the lamp is stable and firmly in place after adjusting the height to avoid accidents or tipping over.
