To charge the POPULO LRT-4 Mini Rotary Tool Kit, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the rotary tool is turned off.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port located on the rotary tool.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a power source, such as a USB wall adapter or a computer.
4. The charging indicator light on the rotary tool will illuminate, indicating that the tool is charging.
