To change the brightness level on the Lighting EVER 1200012 LED Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the power button on the flashlight.
2. Keep holding the power button until the brightness level starts to change.
3. Release the power button when the desired brightness level is reached.
4. The flashlight will remember the last brightness level used when turned off and on again.
