To clean your Elite Gourmet MST-275X slow cooker, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the slow cooker is unplugged and cooled down completely before cleaning.
2. The stoneware insert is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Alternatively, you can wash it with warm soapy water using a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Do not submerge the entire slow cooker, including the base, in water or any other liquid as this may damage the appliance.
4. The exterior of the slow cooker can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the surfaces.
5. Avoid using the dishwasher for the glass lid. Instead, wash it with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Do not place the glass lid in cold water or on a cold countertop surface, as the sudden temperature difference may cause it to shatter.
