To change the lighting modes on the EverBrite E011151 Ultra Bright Tactical Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Press the power button on the flashlight to turn it on.
2. Once the flashlight is turned on, press the power button again to cycle through the different lighting modes.
3. The flashlight has four lighting modes: High, Medium, Low, and Strobe. Each press of the power button will switch to the next mode in the sequence.
4. Choose the desired lighting mode by pressing the power button until you reach the desired mode.
5. To turn off the flashlight, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the light turns off.
