To install the battery pack into the DEWALT DCL040 LED Work Flashlight, align the battery pack with the rails inside the tool's handle and slide it into the handle until the battery pack is firmly seated in the tool. Make sure the battery pack is fully seated and does not disengage. To remove the battery pack, press the release button located on the side of the handle and firmly pull the battery pack out. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the instruction manual provided with the flashlight.
