To charge the Fukkuda USB Rechargeable Electric Candle Lighter, follow these steps:
1. Connect the USB charging cable to the lighter and a power source.
2. Ensure that the power source is compatible with the USB charging cable (e.g., a computer USB port, a USB wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator on the lighter will start flashing, indicating that it is charging.
