To charge the ODEAR L11 LED Rechargeable Headlamp Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Connect the included USB cord to the headlamp.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cord into a phone power bank or another electrical device.
3. The USB line on the headlamp will turn red, indicating that it is charging.
4. Once the battery is fully charged, the USB line will change from red to blue.
5. You can now disconnect the USB cord and the headlamp is ready to use.
