To charge the TOPKAN K13 USB Rechargeable Electronic Lighter, please follow these steps:
1. Connect one end of the provided USB charging cable to the charging port of the lighter.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power source, such as a computer, wall adapter, or power bank.
3. The LED indicator on the lighter will start flashing to indicate that it is charging.
4. Leave the lighter connected to the power source until the LED indicator shows a full charge. The LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid when the battery is fully charged.
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from the lighter.
