To turn on the Maglite ML25LT LED 2-Cell C Flashlight, you need to twist the head of the flashlight. This will activate the Full (100%) Power Mode. If you want to access the Power-Conserving (15% Power) Mode, quickly turn the flashlight off and on again. Please refer to the instruction manual for more information on operating modes and other features of the flashlight.
