To change the modes on the POVAST TH270262 Tactical Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the flashlight is turned on by pressing the tail switch.
2. Once the flashlight is on, press the side switch located on the body of the flashlight.
3. Each press of the side switch will cycle through the different modes: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS.
4. Continue pressing the side switch until you reach the desired mode.
5. To turn off the flashlight, press and hold the tail switch until the light turns off.
Note: The side switch is used to change modes, while the tail switch is used to turn the flashlight on and off.
