To turn on the FZH FZH07 rechargeable LED flashlight for the first time, follow these steps:
1. Open the back cover of the flashlight.
2. Locate the insulation piece inside the flashlight and remove it.
3. Once the insulation piece is removed, the flashlight will be ready to turn on.
4. Press the power button, usually located on the side or back of the flashlight, to turn it on.
5. The flashlight should now be illuminated and ready for use.
