To clean the KOOC KSC850B-Pro 8.5 Quart Slow Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the slow cooker is unplugged and in the OFF position before cleaning.
2. Allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning.
3. The stoneware pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Alternatively, you can wash them by hand.
4. To clean by hand, wash the stoneware pot and glass lid in warm, soapy water.
5. If food sticks to the stoneware pot, fill it with warm soapy water and allow it to soak before cleaning with a plastic scouring pad.
6. Rinse the stoneware pot and glass lid thoroughly and dry them completely before storing.
7. Wipe the interior and exterior of the base unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads, as they may damage the surfaces.
8. Store the appliance in a clean, dry place.
Note: Avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes. Do not use the stoneware pot to store food in the refrigerator and then reheat it in the base unit, as this may cause the liner to crack.
