To program the Hamilton Beach 33861 Flex Cook Programmable Slow Cooker, you can use the Flex Cook mode. Here are the steps:
1. Press the power button to turn on the slow cooker.
2. Press the Flex Cook button.
3. Use the up or down arrow buttons to select the first heat setting for Flex Cook 1.
4. The selected heat setting will flash for 5 seconds, then the display will show "00:00" for the timer.
5. Use the up or down arrow buttons to set the timer for Flex Cook 1 in 30-minute increments.
6. Press the ENTER button to start cooking. A long chime will sound, and the timer will begin counting down.
7. After the timer on Flex Cook 1 reaches 0:00, a short chime will sound. The slow cooker will switch to Flex Cook 2, and the timer for Flex Cook 2 will start counting down.
8. Repeat steps 3-6 to set the heat setting and timer for Flex Cook 2.
9. Once the timer on Flex Cook 2 reaches 0:00, a short chime will sound, and the slow cooker will switch to the WARM setting.
10. Press the power button to turn off the slow cooker.
Note: If you don't press any buttons during the cooking cycle, the slow cooker will stay on until the maximum cooking and warming time of 24 hours is reached, and then it will turn off automatically.
