To change the modes on the Energizer TAC 700 LED Tactical Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Press the rear push button to turn on the flashlight.
2. To switch between the different modes (High, Medium, Low, Emergency Strobe), quickly press the rear push button multiple times.
3. Each press will cycle through the available modes, allowing you to select the desired mode for your needs.
4. Once you have selected the desired mode, the flashlight will stay in that mode until you change it again.
