To charge the Energizer TacR-1000 LED Tactical Flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Locate the USB charging cable included in the package.
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on the flashlight. The USB port is typically located on the body of the flashlight.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power source such as a computer, wall adapter, or power bank.
4. Once the cable is connected, the flashlight will start charging. The indicator light on the flashlight will usually turn on to indicate that it is charging.
