To properly place the SmileCare K01T Finger Pulse Oximeter on your finger, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your finger is clean and dry before using the oximeter.
2. Open the oximeter and locate the sensor area, which is usually located on the inside of the device.
3. Slide your finger into the oximeter, making sure that the sensor area aligns with the nail bed of your finger.
4. Gently press the oximeter onto your finger, ensuring a snug fit without causing discomfort or restricting blood flow.
5. Make sure the oximeter is securely positioned on your finger, with the sensor area in direct contact with your skin.
6. Once the oximeter is properly placed, press the power button to turn it on and wait for the readings to appear on the display.
It's important to note that for accurate readings, ensure that your finger is not moving during the reading process and that there are no obstructions or interference around the sensor area. Additionally, avoid placing the oximeter on fingers with long nails or nail polish, as this may affect the accuracy of the readings.
