To change the color and brightness settings on the HODANS XKFAH Night Lights LED Star Projector, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the star projector to a power source using the provided USB cable or insert batteries (not included).
2. Place the projector on a stable surface, ensuring it has enough distance to project onto walls and ceilings.
3. Turn on the device using the power button.
