To adjust the color temperature and brightness levels of the Tacopet XYD Lighting Rainbow Sunlight Lamp, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the power adapter to the Tacopet XYD Lighting Rainbow Sunlight Lamp.
2. Plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet.
3. Turn on the lamp using the power button.
