Choosing between the 12-hour and 24-hour time formats on your Rain Bird ESP-TM2 irrigation controller affects how times are displayed on the screen but does not impact the actual operation of your irrigation schedules.
🕒 12-Hour vs. 24-Hour Format
-
12-Hour Format (AM/PM): Displays times from 1:00 to 12:59 with AM or PM indicators.
-
Example: 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM.
-
-
24-Hour Format (Military Time): Displays times from 0:00 to 23:59 without AM/PM indicators.
-
Example: 07:00 for 7:00 AM and 19:00 for 7:00 PM.
-
This setting is purely for user preference and does not influence the controller’s scheduling or functionality.
