To adjust the height of the QiMH STR-FL-0169 LED Floor Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Locate the adjustable pole of the lamp. It is the section of the lamp between the base and the lamp head.
2. Hold the lamp firmly with one hand to stabilize it.
3. With your other hand, grip the adjustable pole near the base.
4. Gently twist the adjustable pole counterclockwise to loosen it.
5. While holding the lamp steady, slide the adjustable pole up or down to the desired height.
6. Once you have reached the desired height, twist the adjustable pole clockwise to tighten it and secure the lamp in place.
7. Ensure that the lamp is stable and balanced after adjusting the height.
