To adjust the brightness of the Brightech FL-SPHR-BLK Contemporary LED Standing Light, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the light is plugged into a power outlet and turned on.
2. Locate the push button switch on the lamp. It is usually located on the cord or the base of the lamp.
3. Press and hold the push button switch to activate the dimming function.
4. While holding the switch, the brightness of the light will gradually change. Release the switch when you reach the desired brightness level.
5. If the light does not have a dimming function or if you prefer a more precise control over the brightness, you can use an external dimmer switch or a smart plug compatible with the lamp. Follow the instructions provided with the external dimmer switch or smart plug to adjust the brightness.
