To connect the TechCare Touch X Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the device is turned off.
2. Connect the pad wires to the bottom of the device.
3. Snap the pads onto the wires and remove the protective film. Adding a few drops of water to the pads can increase their lifespan.
4. Place the pads 1-2 inches apart around the area where you want to relieve pain or massage. Ensure that the pads are fully attached to clean skin. Cleaning your skin with hand sanitizer before the session can increase the lifespan of the pads.
5. Turn on the device by pressing the on/off switch on the right side. The screen will light up.
6. Use the touch screen to select the desired massage mode.
7. Increase the intensity with the "+" button until you feel comfortable. You can decrease the intensity by pressing the "-" button.
