To charge the TENS Unit, follow these steps:
1. Insert the micro USB cable into the micro USB port charging socket on the TENS unit.
2. Plug the micro USB cable into a DC 5V adapter and plug it into an outlet. You can also plug the cable into a powered USB outlet.
3. The TENS unit is fully charged when the battery indicator turns solid green.
Note: Charging time is about 3 hours. For best results, fully charge your TENS unit before using.
