To charge the Neocarbon SM9126 TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Use the USB charging cord that came with the device.
2. Connect one end of the USB charging cord to the charging port on the TENS unit.
3. Plug the other end of the USB charging cord into a power source, such as a computer USB port or a wall adapter.
4. Allow the device to charge for at least two hours before using it for the first time.
