To adjust the intensity level on the iReliev ET-8080 TENS Unit + EMS Muscle Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Select the channel by pressing CH1 or CH2. The "CH1 • or CH2" quadrant of the LCD will flash on the display.
2. To increase the intensity, press and release the "ON/+" button.
3. To decrease the intensity, press and release the "OFF/-" button until the desired intensity level flashes on the display.
4. Press the "MODE" button to save your selection.
