To adjust the intensity level on the Belifu B2403 TENS EMS Unit, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by long-pressing the "ON/OFF" switch located on the right side of the unit.
2. Verify that the device is on the desired channel by checking the channel indicator on the screen. The "CH1" letter will blink to indicate channel CH1 is working.
3. Press the "M+" or "M-" (Mode) button to select the desired mode from the 24 modes displayed on the screen. The selected mode will blink.
4. Press the "I+" (Intensity) button to increase the intensity. The intensity level will automatically reset to zero when changing the mode.
5. Keep pressing the "I+" button to increase the intensity to the desired level. The intensity should be set at a level where you will experience some muscular vibration and involuntary muscle movements.
6. We recommend starting at the lowest level of intensity and gradually increasing to a comfortable level.
