To adjust the intensity level on the Brilnurse FM-B404 Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by pushing the "ON/OFF" switch located on the top of the unit to the ON position.
2. Select the channel you wish to adjust the intensity for by pressing the A/B button. The A channel is the default channel when the device is turned on.
3. Use the intensity adjustment buttons (+ / -) to increase or decrease the intensity level. Press the "+" button to increase the intensity and the "-" button to decrease it.
4. Keep adjusting the intensity level until you reach a comfortable level. The intensity should be set at a level where you will experience some muscular vibration and involuntary muscle movements.
5. If you want to adjust the intensity level for the other channel, press the A/B button to switch to the other channel and repeat steps 3 and 4.
Note: It is recommended to start at the lowest level of intensity and gradually increase to a level that is comfortable. If the stimulation levels become uncomfortable, reduce the stimulation intensity to a comfortable level or turn it off directly.
