To change the batteries in the Dr Mom 3rd Gen LED Pocket Otoscope, please follow these steps:
1. Check the otoscope for any visible damage before proceeding.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the otoscope. It is usually located at the end opposite to the lens.
3. Using your fingers or a small tool, gently open the battery compartment by sliding or lifting the cover.
4. Inside the battery compartment, you will see two slots for AAA batteries. Pay attention to the polarity markings (+ and -) indicating the correct orientation of the batteries.
5. Insert two AAA batteries into the slots, ensuring they are properly aligned with the polarity markings.
6. Close the battery compartment cover securely, making sure it clicks into place.
7. Test the otoscope by pressing the power button. If the LED light turns on, the batteries have been successfully replaced.
Note: It is recommended to use fresh, high-quality AAA batteries for optimal performance. If the LED light does not turn on after battery replacement, double-check the battery orientation and ensure the batteries are fully charged. If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
